Mangalam Gramin Vikas Samiti aslo known as Mangalam Grow Child, established in 2009, is a grassroots NGO dedicated to rural development. Over the years, we have undertaken multiple projects focused on empowering communities through education. Our initiatives include distributing notebooks, organizing classes, and supporting underprivileged students. We believe in creating lasting change by making education accessible to all.

Relief in Crisis : Helping Hands During Hard Times
During the COVID-19 lockdown, we distributed essential ration kits—rice, flour, oil, and potatoes—to support families struggling through the crisis. With the presence and support of the Circle Officer, police officials, and local leaders, the drive reached many and offered timely help when people needed it most.
We partnered with local school principals, teachers, the sarpanch, and community leaders to promote the importance of education in rural areas. At Bairatha and Baniyapur Junior High Schools, we distributed notebooks, books, and stationery, while engaging with students and their parents to encourage consistent learning and school attendance.
Education Awarness Program
Empowering Farmers Through Skill and Support
We organized a training program for farmers and housewives to promote better farming methods and teach tractor handling. Trained instructors and the Block Agricultural Officer guided participants on soil health and practical agricultural skills. The event was supported and funded by Kubota Group under their CSR initiative and was honored by the visit of our regional MP.
